Guidelines for Custom Cupcake Orders: We prefer at least 72 hours notice on all large (more than two dozen) or custom cupcake orders. For smaller (two dozen or less) or non-custom cupcake orders, a minimum of 24 hours is usually acceptable. All orders are subject to availability. We bake our cupcakes fresh each morning, therefore we are only able to accommodate a certain number of orders as the rest of our cupcakes are allotted for walk-in customers. When we are full for orders, this does not mean you cannot get cupcakes. It just means you will have to come into the store that day to pick up what you need. All cupcake orders greater than two dozen require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
